OMRON Strengthens ECG Portfolio with Heartnote® Acquisition from JSR
Kyoto, Japan – (October 11, 2025) – OMRON Healthcare Co., Ltd., a global leader in the field of clinically proven, innovative medical equipment for home health monitoring and treatment, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with JSR Corporation (Headquarters: Tokyo; Representative Director, CEO, President & Executive Officer: Tetsuro Hori; hereinafter “JSR”) to succeed the Heartnote® business, a long-term Holter ECG analysis service.
The business succession is scheduled to be completed on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

OMRON Healthcare has been advancing its ECG business by developing devices and services that enable individuals to record electrocardiograms at home, while also promoting awareness of heart disease risks.
Looking ahead, we will inherit the expertise in electrocardiograph technology and ECG analysis cultivated through JSR’s Heartnote® business,and expand our ECG operations in Japan to encompass diagnosis and treatment within medical institutions.
By establishing a comprehensive business model that supports both patients and healthcare professionals, we aim to accelerate the realization of our vision: “Going for ZERO.”
