OMRON Healthcare Deepens Strategic Partnership with Korea-based Sky Labs Inc.
Kyoto, Japan – (November 4, 2025) – OMRON HEALTHCARE Co., Ltd., (Headquarters: Muko, Kyoto, President & CEO: Ayumu Okada) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sky Labs Inc., a South Korean startup (Headquarters: Seongnam City, Republic of Korea; CEO: Jack Byunghwan Lee), with the aim of strengthening collaboration between the two companies.
Sky Labs Inc. develops and sells wearable health devices, including CART BP, the world's first ring-type, cuffless blood pressure monitor capable of 24-hour measurement. OMRON Healthcare signed an MOU with Sky Labs Inc. in 2024 for global distribution and business development of CART BP, and this investment will further strengthen the partnership between the two companies. The collaboration will accelerate the realization of OMRON Healthcare’s cardiovascular business vision, Going for ZERO, zero cerebro-cardiovascular diseases.
In conjunction with the signing of the MOU, OMRON VENTURES CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Naosuke Kamiya), the corporate venture capital unit of the OMRON Group, has made an investment in Sky Labs Inc.
